Sevin Sulfur Dust, 1.25 Lb

This may or may not kill bees. ( it does ) As much as I am about protecting honey bees I recently had a hive living in my concrete steps that no one could remove unless we tore out the steps ( unfortunately not an option ) They started getting into my basement as well and I have a family member highly allergic to bee stings so they had to go. After countless calls to bee keepers, pest control services etc… this was my Hail Mary option to keep my family safe. After dusting the area and blowing some into the hole in the concrete..The bees are gone, and the 1 inch opening they were getting into has been sealed.

This is the ONLY thing that worked in my rose garden. I had all kinds of caterpillars at different times, and this powder really worked with only one application. I still apply it from time to time to keep the pests away.

This full size product worked on the first day for my plants. Overnightresults! This kills pest by contact so ensures good layer all over. ( can ideas dust or spray - I use as dust) Easy to open and close top and shake spout made it simple to use without wasting. High quality plastic bottle protects from moisture breaking of dropped. Would recommend using outdoors ( not in the wind) and of course gloves! Great value to save my plants!

Great product but I will buy at the hardware store from now on. The cap was loose and the powder coated the container and box. It was a mess.

Got this to spread on my pants and shoes while doing work in the woods. Works perfect, no lyme or gal syndrome for me!

Using to keep bugs away

Like the old can better, ton of this comes out when you squeeze. Will try the mixing into water spray bottle option and spraying plants. Helps with rust spots on my bushes. Used it years ago and it didn’t come back until now. Just need to get used to the new bottle shape. Update: this stuff has toxic chemicals in it. Was outside working on irrigation system and got some on me that was dusted on the bushes last week. Wasn’t worried because I thought it’s just sulfur. Oh no… glad I looked it up. This stuff is banned in England, Australia, Sweden, and Iran. Do yourself a favor and research the product. I felt it must be safe since it’s for use on food with photos of tomatoes and someone applying it without gloves. I am so glad I looked it up; jumped in the shower and threw my clothes in washing machine trying to make sure it was off me. I was moving around the irrigation nozzles and kept bumping into the bushes dust was floating everywhere because we haven’t had any rain. OMG. I’m throwing mine away and buying plain sulfur. Use this with caution. Info from gardening website: Is Sevin dust harmful to humans? Yes, it is harmful because Sevin dust contains a deadly poison Carbaryl that is lethal enough to kill a man if swallowed or inhaled accidentally. Sevin is toxic for humans because it is suspected to cause cancer. Sevin is banned or illegal to use without a license in many countries.
