UPDATE: 11/23: Dikaslon emailed me after seeing my review about the broken strap and asked for pictures so they can work on improving the bag so it doesn't happen again. They then sent me a brand new bag to replace the one with the broken strap. This company is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and a great product. They stand behind their product and I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends. This bag really is great and very versatile. I carry it everyday for work and it holds everything I need. It would work for a great weekend bag. Makes an amazing diaper bag. And it comes with a changing pad and a cute baby wash cloth. I'm very happy that this company is so nice and went above and beyond to fix my issue. The bag strap broke after about a week of use. I decided to keep the bag because I do like the bag and it ticked all the boxes that I needed for a bag for work. I love how big the back pocket is, it is big enough to hold a stack of papers. The insulated pockets are nice and I love the amount of pockets on the inside of the bag. I use the pacifier pouch to hold extra reusable masks. I just hate that the strap broke as the main reason I picked this bag was because of the shoulder strap.

So handy! Lots of room for multiple things, spots for keeping baby bottle warm or cool, lots of pockets but not in a confusing way, feels like a gym bag but more stylish. Pockets for keys and wallet, waterbottle holder. The black is easy and keeps bag from looking dirty. Adjustable traps. Durable. Good price.

This is such a great diaper bag! I had a backpack style one but found I needed more room and this over did the trick. I much prefer the look of it over others as it just looks like a cute duffel bag. Tons of storage and pockets.
