The media could not be loaded.  Honestly, it's a nice gift. My brother just gifted this to my daughter, and I did have to refer to the actual picture when assembling as well. I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed, but as you can see it is definitely doable with what's given. Just takes a tad more effort than I'd have preferred. I also would have liked the detachable decorations to have been nicer for what was spent, but in all it is absolutely adorable and looks beautiful and fantastical! I would recommend and would definitely buy additional styles.

The media could not be loaded.  Despite all the negative reviews, this was actually a cool product to me. I decided to work a little extra so I could treat myself and came across this. You can see in one picture there are two empty stumps. I really like that because you can put whatever you want on it. I'm planning on making clay figures to put them there! The water from the ball, making it spin, also gets into the area where the mist maker is so you don't have to fill it, which is very convenient. The mist maker is very interesting. I see that some people have trouble starting it, but the thing is, all mist machines are going to be like that. You just have to play with it and eventually it'll be in the right position to create mist. They are all about trial and error. The mist is so powerful that it does get everywhere. As you can see in the video, I swiped my finger across the desk to demonstrate how wet it gets after just a minute. Make sure you have a waterproof foundation for this. I tried putting fish in it, and unfortunately, it does not work. It got sucked up the tube and stuck on the glass ball that wasn't able to turn at the moment. He didn't make it, but I think overall, you shouldn't have a fish in there to begin with. This is because the waters are too rough. The currents are always going so it will stress your fish out. I recommend putting fake fish. It'll looks just as cool and makes less of a mess. When adjusting the fogger, I was surprised with a strong instant painful shock to my fingertip.Scary moment.Would not recommend due to that one reason. Other than that it's a cute concept.But dang that was shocking! (pun intended.) I am typing this now without the use of my middle finger while it recovers. It felt like it was instantly snapped at the finger tip.

Not easy to assemble, no clear direction cost to much poor quality work. Returned for refund

This had a lot of potential…I liked the vibe and idea. Cool lighting and design. Unfortunately there was a hole in the back that was supposed to allow the cable through that wasn’t there. You could see the ugly glue marks on the front glass panel. The mist was too much and overflowed onto my wooden desk that soaked into the wood. The tree was nice but flopped around. I think if they had paid more close attention to details and cared a bit more it could have worked. I would say good product but a bit too much for me and also sloppy craftsmanship.

I got this a week ago and finally was able to put it together and got fish and my fish died because it was put together poorly. The lights was not glued right so my fish went through it and got stuck. The little things it was supposed to come with was broken or missing. It didn’t come with good instructions at all. I wouldn’t want a other one from them at all. I requested my money back.
