Afraid not. It's just a bit too chunky for that.

Is there a strap hole?

The case does not have a dedicated place for strap. However, there are holes on the bottom of the case for charger/mic that I suppose you could utilize for lanyard string.

Will this work with the 5s pro ?

Sorry we do not have 5s Pro to personally test. However, looks like it will fit based on dimensions.
