Compact and effective
I switched to Caltrate Minis after struggling with large calcium tablets. The difference is night and day. These are genuinely small - easy to swallow without water if needed - and there is no aftertaste. What was previously a chore to choke down is now no longer an issue. I would only choose a calcium supplement with D3 included, so this fits the bill, and I like that it has a color that distinguishes it from all my other supplements. Great for my finger nails too!
These are the best calcium pills I have ever taken. I used all the name brands in the past and Iโm sure they delivered the calcium my bones need but this brand gave me a huge bonus! These particular ones make my fingernails hard as nails! I am 66 yrs old and have always had terrible, brittle and splitting nails. No supplement or routine ever helped them until I started taking this brand of calcium for my bones. I happened to notice one day all of a sudden I had finger nails! Good strong and getting long finger nails! Try these maybe they will help your nails along with your bones too.
