Excellent quality!
I bought this foldable cane for my grandma, and it has been a wonderful purchase. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and provides her with the support she needs while walking. She loves that it folds up easily, making it simple to store in the car or take with her when traveling. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the cane feels secure and well made. It gave us both peace of mind, and she’s been very happy using it every day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, portable walking cane.

Very Sturdy Foldable Walking Cane
This is a very nicely made, sturdy, foldable walking cane. The leopard print on it is really pretty! It easily folds up to quickly put in a purse, a carry-on bag, or to put under an airplane seat. The handle is a hard plastic and formed to fit the hand. If you can find a pad that fits over the handle it may be helpful with holding on to the cane if walking for a long time. It looks very classy and sleek, and being a fan of leopard print I was so happy to see that was an option!

The cane is great and the seller is outstanding!
I have a few walking/hiking sticks and canes. I ordered the Vive folding cane for occasional use on uneven surfaces and travel. It arrivived quickly and well-packaged, worked perfectly and the height adjustment was easy and perfect for my 5’2”. The weight feels significantly lighter than my other folding cane and the handle is comfortable. The hard plastic band intended to keep the folded cane closed challenged my minimal mechanical ability. Do I cut it off and substitute a hair band? WHAAAAT??? Finally, I posted the question on Amazon and almost immediately the Seller replied pointing me to a video even I could understand. The cane needs to be folded in the middle first so that handle and tipare in same direction. After folding again, the plastic piece can be removed and replaced by squeezing it together. Also, the bulge in the band must go over the wider area.I am very happy with my purchase. It seems stable and I hope will prove to be durable. And btw, I’m in my 80’s, neither linked to nor paid by the seller, and post to return the favor to those who help me with reviews.

Comfortable and fashionable
I never thought I would be in my early 40s and so easily excited about getting a new cane, but here we are. At the risk of oversharing, here's a bit of backstory. Some years ago I had two hernias and another four or five cancer-related surgeries more or less right on top of each other, and over a relatively short period of time. Unfortunately this repeated trauma resulted in very severe nerve damage and the pain only continues to worsen over time. I seriously cannot overexaggerate how much worse I hurt now than when I actually was tearing open, originating in my groin and often shooting down through my leg, into my foot, or up into my abdomen. Adjusting to a new normal has been very difficult, and you never realize how much you take for granted normal, everyday activities like walking, driving, sleeping, sitting at a desk, or even going to the bathroom until you need to ask for help doing so. Don't even get me started on the merry-go-round of medications I've tried. But enough of my sob story. The point is that once I put my humility aside, a cane has proven very useful in getting around, and after some trial and error I have come to really love these ones by Vive. First, lets talk about all the cute colors and patterns available. If I have to walk around feeling like garbage I might as well look good doing it, right? I was first taken in by the snazzy leopard print, then ordered a plain purple, and very recently bought the slick grey poly. The price point is very fair and multiple canes come in handy for work, an extra in the car, or keeping in strategic places around the house. They are very easy to put together, and easy to take apart again if needed. The rubber tip has good grip and I personally really prefer the flat handled top, as opposed to a curve, which is not only more comfortable but feels sturdier in my hand when I put weight on it. I also appreciate the string on the handle which you can put around your wrist if you need to free up your hand for a moment. If I had to make one very, very small criticism I might suggest adding one more hole to make it just a smidge taller for very tall people like myself. But even so it's very comfortable all around. So, again, if you have any hesitation at all I cannot recommend these Vive canes enough. It doesn't solve all my health problems, of course, but it's brought me some great comfort as far as really basic getting round. Plus I get a LOT of compliments on them, which feels good as well and makes me feel a little less conscientious about the whole thing.

great cane!
i was 19 when i bought this, and despite my young age my joint pain was pretty bad. a friend who also has joint issues, lent me their cane and i felt soooo much relief. i didn't notice how much i needed the support. i asked my friend to send me the link and immediately got it! i love my cane, it offers me a lot of stability and the color black is so pretty :3 i named it viktor after the character from arcane lmao.you do have to be careful though when the floor is slippery because if the cane slips, you are slipping as well!! it is a bit noisy, but not too much. that is to be expected though as you are constantly poking the ground. how noisy it is depends on the material of the floor. for example, when the floor is made out of carpet, the noise level is really low. i also love that it's retractable, it makes taking it places and storing it much easier.as my joint pain worsened, i had to change to a crutch to offer me more support, but i still use this one on my "good" days when i don't need as much support. i would definitely recommend getting this cane! the quality is superb and it helps a lot with joint issues.

Great value and sturdy option which folds down small for carrying
Bought for grandparent and has been great so far! Folds down easily, and also easy to assemble and it is sturdy when in operation. Folds down small enough that fits in most small bags. Would recommend, and good value for money
