Get People to Do What You Want: How to Use Body Language and Words for Maximum Effect

This book would be a good textbook for a person going into a career in Law Enforcement or the Military, as most of the examples in this book refer to these fields. As a person in the business field with some Psychology Courses, I could not relate, and found it to be "long winded", and very difficult reading in general. The Summary at the end of the book could have replaced the entire book, as that was "to the point". I found it very difficult to get through the book!

I was expecting a lot from this book, as it was recommended by my company. But, unfortunately there's very limited examples on how you can apply the concepts in real life or at work. Also, the concepts are vague and sometimes incomprehensible, I needed to look on internet to better understand the concepts.
