you need to be consistent and patient. My skin looks so much better now ( I use it for 8 weeks now). Now, I want to combine it with some microcurrent treatment because the Panasonic works very good on my skin but not on my facial muscles. My plan was to improve the skin first and then do some stuff against the „lazy“ facial muscles. I am quite optimistic that will work. I will keep the RF treatment but a bit less, maybe just twice the week. It is a lot of money but the treatment in a beauty salon cost as much as the Panasonic device. It may be more powerful, that’s right but you need several ongoing treatments anyway. With the Panasonic device it needs more time of course. This 10 minutes on your sofa ( without going somewhere plus travel cost) is a barging!

When this first arrived I thought I'd been scammed and solid a knock-off pretending to be made by Panasonic. There are multiple spelling mistakes on the box (see photos) and the device didn't warm up as much as something giving off infrared should do. When I contacted Panasonic customer service, they asked for photo evidence and said this IS their item, and the mistakes were theirs. They basically shrugged and said, "oh well, we've got your money so we don't care." How reassuring is it to press an electronic gadget to your face knowing it's been made by a company that couldn't even be bothered to run spell check before printing the boxes?? So I sent it back for a refund which took an ice age to complete. Having done further research, which I probably should have done before buying, and having used it before I returning I can tell you this does NOTHING to improve fine lines either. Save your money and go get a treatment done professionally.

A visible difference took just a few days use. Good product, obviously not salon strength but easy to use regularly at home.

I'm 38 and after noticing some very slight 'sagging' on my left jowl I did some research and discovered that RF and ultrasound is an effective treatment for this. With very few products on the domestic market and not quite having the courage to spend a couple of hundred pounds on an unknown chinese brand, I decided to opt for the Panasonic. Over the first two months of regular use (more or less every other day) I was starting to feel skeptical as I could not see any improvement, but then after about two months, I noticed the 'sagging' on my left jowl had become hardly noticeable, if at all. I have however not yet noticed much, if any improvement in the 4 small lines on my forehead or my smile lines. However given I bought this predominantly for my jowls, I will continue to use it as I feel it does work eventually (bear in mind this is not commercial strength ultrasound and RF and will take longer to get results) and if it can help at least reduce further signs of ageing then that in itself is worthwhile. As for actual usage... I am very low maintenance, I haven't got the patience to spend hours on my image, so I found the 15 minutes or so this takes (including the time to prepare the face, apply the gel and cleaning afterwards etc) perfect for me. Any longer, and I might find it off putting. It's quick and easy to use. I can slip this in at any time in my daily routine (if you wear foundation then you would probably wait till the end of the day). Cleaning the head is tricky but do-able. I find if I use a tissue and the corner of my nail, I can remove the gel from the gap around the inner head. However, I wonder if over time, it builds up on the inside. I have googled it, and it appears RF and ultrasound are both safe to use on the neck area. Therefore, what I do find disappointing, and I don't understand why, is that you can't use this product on your neck, which inevitably softens over time. On balance I do think this product is worth purchasing, but you do need to be patient and ensure you use it regularly. Being able to pay for this in instalments with 0% interest, made it an easier decision when purchasing (I understand that this may not be available to all Amazon customers). Had I had to pay full price up front I may have not made the leap.

I’ve started using it on my lips to enhance production of collagen! The results are self explanatory! This shows a 4 week progression. I’m 44 and have 0 wrinkles on my face anymore but my lips are just perfect!

i try it its work only for five mints then its stop working i try to charge it but its not charge my husband he try to charge it in another room also not charge what to do now ??

I don't see much improvement on my face since I started using it.

Le service après-vente PANASONIC est topissime : je les ai contactés pour m'assurer du bon fonctionnement de la fonction RF.
