Ok
Pretty good, maybe a little bit too long, my 3 year old just manages to sit through it. It does have simple good ideas for little ones to manage their anger

Brilliant book!
I don't usually write reviews but this book is brilliant! My two children have constant arguments that cause my youngest to get distressed and hit. This pattern of behavior has continued though out the pandemic and has been very tricky for the whole family. This book gives very simple strategies for a child to calm themselves down (as well as teach me a thing or two to help!). I am going to make a poster of this to put up so that we can refer back to it when needed. I follow gentle parenting and am also very keen on helping my children navigate their tricky emotions. Highly recommend this book!

Amazing book!
I bought this for my daughter to read to my 2 year old granddaughter who was going through a phase of hitting! She loves books so thought this was best way to get through to that her behaviour was not acceptable. They read the book every evening before bed - the hitting stopped and she could relate to her feelings. Who would have thought that a book could have such a positive effect in such a short amount of time but it worked!

Great book
I love this book so much. Have read it to my little ones a few times and they picked up the message straight away. My son went to his room to the chill out area we made for him after reading the book and he also talks to me more when feeling angry (he is 3). My 2 year old also loves the book and picks it for me to read. I would highly recommend this books.
