I prefer these to coffee since you can drink some quickly for immediate results and I don't get the caffeine crash stomach acid pains. The taste it fine and then if you don't like it, it's easy to drink swiftly. I usually just drink about half or less at a time and never had any negative side effects.

Works as intended. I prefer the grape flavor over the berry. You aren't drinking it for the flavor, but I find grape to have a bit more tolerable taste. I find the small bottles better for road trips - I don't want to ingest 12 ounces of fluid while driving.

5hr energy makes me feel more alert, without the ramped up feeling I get from Red Bull. I don't think it really lasts 5 hours, but I defintely feel a noticable change for 2-3 hours. Great price from Amazon.

I have an unhealthy obsession with these. I bought 3 boxes. I went through them all. Now i'm trying to figure out a way to live my life without them because it can be so expensive. However, I love the product. I like the price here on Amazon. I miss you, five hour energies (': P.S. berry is definitely the best flavor. I can stand the citrus ones, yuck!

I like 5-Hour Energy because it does boost energy for a time, usually. The boost comes from a combination of caffeine and B vitamins. But when I was using it according to its directions, my B-12 level became too high. So be careful of that possibility. Also, it contains sodium benzoate and EDTA, which are, to me questionable ingredients needing further investigation.

but for over 60 guys who still go to the gym and/or work 50+ hours a week, it does give an edge, and a boost. I've never taken a full dose, 1/2 works for me; but it does seem clean and effective. Some trouble sleeping if I take it too late in the day.
