Do these work? I do not know. I've stuck them to my feet for the last 5 nights and I feel better. I've poured water on them and left them on the counter and they changed the same color as the ones that were on my feet. Black. I put one on my arm over night and there was no change. Maybe my arm has no toxins?? I thin k for the price they seem to do something but I'm not sure what they are doing....I feel they are in the same vein as ear candles....Do what you want

The pads stick fine and the adhesive comes off easily in the shower. I am not noticing a distinct pain relief response in joints yet, but I will continue applying them. My energy level seems to have gotten a boost. I wonder if other forms of herbal packets applied to the soles of the feet would have their own therapeutic effects. My friend who is a doctor of oriental medicine may know.

I’ve used foot pads before and was a little disappointed with these. The stuffing inside was a little light compared to other pads I used so the material shifted to one end rather than being g spread out. Didn’t seem to be as effective. Sure turned black and all that but it’s a chemical reaction so I’d expect that with any that are using charcoal and vinegar... I just didn’t feel there was good coverage or enough material to properly detox.

My feet feel very refreshed after wearing these patches for the night. My sleep is deeper and I wake up feeling great. I look forward to putting them on every night.
