Easy, fast, and no need to plan ahead
I've made a lot of tahini sauce and dip with fresh lemon juice, garlic, salt, and other spices. Delicious. This is much easier. It's a perfect blend of everything I want. Plain tahini paste straight from the jar, couple of teaspoons of this spice blend, some water, and it's done. And just as good as the one that takes three times as long and requires fresh-squeezed lemon juice. This is quick and tasty convenience.

Its not for me
As some one who has live in the middle east i was looking forward to this......but not what i was expecting its very sourwon't be using it or recommending it......I do Recommend Falafel Spice look that one up its what i use in my tahini now and i feel like i'm back in Egypt
