If you slouche and carry your stress on your shoulders, I would not hesitate to get this. I was very pleased with the two products I received in my order box. The peanut ball was really good in releasing a lot of tension on certain trigger points along my spine and between my shoulder blades. These tools turned out to be great for doing acupressure on yourself. The pressure they provide are perfect for working out kinks and stiffness. this did not help with my neck, the balls are painful, the silicone covering on them pulls out my hair, even when i put my hair in a tight top bun, it still tangles up my hair. i ended up buying the blue cervical traction neck stretcher from restcloud instead.

They're good for temporarily relieving shoulder/neck pain. I use it once in a while. But i should use it more often but i always forget.

Family of four and none of us found it relaxing.
