Wish I'd nought one sooner, definitely helps!
Besides squatty potty having possibly the best advert I've ever seen (definitely look it up if you've not seen it) it actually does work! I have some issues with ibs and this does make things generally more comfortable. However it has been much more valuable during my c section recovery as it helped me to get in a comfortable position in that first terrifying week (if you know, you know...). Interestingly my super skeptical husband who though this was a complete waste of money has also started using it!

Toilet raiser seat. Brilliant!
OMG! What a relief! So glad I bought this. I'm sure the builders of my flats installed toilets for children, not adults. I bought a raised toilet seat, and this for my feet. Good quality and easy to clean.

Squatty good show
Yeah, it is very good at emptying the chamber, if you know what I mean. Although, it puts my foot to sleep after a couple minutes.

Very effective
I found the item very useful and effective for the purpose specially for those who are unable to bend knees fully like traditional Indian way!

Annoying if you don’t use it every day.
Found this good value and good quality.Easy to use, when needed. When you don’t need to use it, you push it back.I found this sometimes inconvenient as I kept on hitting/moving it.So I know, turn it on its side and put to the back of the toilet and just get it out if I need it, hence the four stars. If you intend to use it every time, the I guest it worth five stars.

Doesn't work for me.
It's awkward to use and takes up a lot of space. Moreover, it didn't work for me. Have taken it down to the tip (was embarrassed about taking it to our local charity shop). A failure.
