So I had a bad yeast infection maybe some bv im talking terrible. One application and my infection turned around after one use. I feel like it promotes healthy vaginal health. I think Id use it the night before intimacy to make me feel good down there. I think u only need two applications and I def use it after my period because I feel I get bv after my period so I think this will def be in my routine. When I say loyal. I was hesitant to buy because some of the lower rating reviews but there were more positive. I am so glad I got these! the day before my period ends I will use one and sometimes after my husband and I get intimate I will insert one of these. They really just make you feel so clean. I saw some will use them for a week, but for myself one use and I was back to myself. I mention these to my sister after she asked what they were and she has also had some positive feedback. The next day I might get some leakage but again they smell like nothing! These dissolved perfectly and I have had no issues. I’m a lot more confident in myself and especially when my husband wants to keep going down there(TMI) but this has improved my sex life and I’m so thankful for this product. I use these anywhere from 1-4 times a month just depending on how I feel
