This is a fantastic gift for a 4 to 8 year old child. It is sturdy, easy to use and will help when teaching games such a Go Fish or Kings Corners to a small child who is unable to fan the cards yet. I have purchased several of these and love them.

I am reviewing this card holder after purchasing two extra ones. I’ve had my first one for several years. My friend gave it to me as a gift. My granddaughter used it when she was little, but now I use it because she grew up and I have trouble holding onto a lot of cards. It works really well! When you first open it, the two pieces of plastic that come together to hold the cards might seem permanently stuck together. It does require a little force to separate them. I was afraid I might break it, but it worked out OK.

The holder can hold a large number of cards securely, but also allows you to remove them easily without throwing all of your other cards everywhere. My 4 year old, 6 year old, 9 year old and I all use them. They are great for older people too - I use it when playing Catan. They appear to be well built and are comfortable to hold for young and old alike. If you are looking for a great game to play with your 6+ year olds (boys or girls) look at Dragonwood.

Perfect for the little ones or even for grownups who need a bit of help spreading multiple cards. My daughter couldn't hold and spread them in her hand and would place all cards on the table face up lol with this little holder no more! She's having so much more fun feeling like a big girl. I have to admit sometimes I use them 2 for a bit if fun.

These work well for my kids age 3 and 7 to hold their cards. It made it a lot easier and fun for them to play go fish, they didn’t have to have their cards sprawled out all over the floor. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that you have to be very gentle putting the cards in as it’s a tight space. A lot of the cards got damaged. Perfect for my 7 year old. My 3 year old not so much.

I ordered two sets of these (4 hands) for my kids (ages 8, 6, and 3 years old). This was one of their Christmas presents this year. My kids had started playing card games but were having difficulty holding all of their cards in their hands. They had some difficulty not dropping cards from their hands when playing card games that gave them many cards to hold at once. So of course, this would cause the other places to peak at the cards dropped or for them to miss a certain card in their hand. I saw these little hands card holders and thought they were the perfect solution for my kids card games. They opened the gift on Christmas day and have been using them ever since when they play cards. It has made it a lot easier for them to hold all of their cards, not drop any cards, and no peaking at others cards. My kids LOVE this. Makes it easier and lots more fun to play card games. My 91 year old grandma also loves it since she has Parkinson’s and it’s hard to hold cards.

We love card games, and these solve the problem of our little ones (ages 6 and 7) having to lay out all of their cards face up in front of them and us having to pretend we can't see them! They can put the cards in themselves and they really do hold a lot of cards (for when an Uno deck just doesn't want to give them a card they can use!) Wish we would have invested in these long ago!
