I took a risk with this purchase because some reviews said the sweater they received was nothing like the pic. (HATE when that happens!!! How is that even legal?) So I rolled the dice &… SCORE! I got exactly what I was hoping for! & let me tell you, it’s absolutely GORGEOUS. The details are just beautiful - and are what makes this piece worth the price: 1. The cool plaid lining in the hood is so soft & just looks so cool with the body of the sweater. 2. The detail of the buttons and draw string are cool. 3. Very unique & HIGH QUALITY! This sweater is downright BEAUTIFUL & my man looks so HOT in it! 4. But he says it’s not too hot temperature-wise! 5. He also said it’s not scratchy - he wore a thin t-shirt under it & still wasn’t too warm. 6. It does run small! My man usually wears a Medium but as per the other reviews, I ordered a Large & it fits him perfectly.

I expected more quality in the details based on the cost, in addition to the fact that it is a little larger than expected, however, it is not bad

i love this for the most part, the only problem is the knitting was a little loose and a spot of yarn got snagged and pulled, other than that it is great.

This is my 3rd purchase of a Leif Nelson sweater product in the last 2 months.I didn't anticipate this recent purchase, but I happen to be online window browsing and came across this style with the reddish burgundy look. I liked the fitted hoodie and it fits the contours of my head just perfect. I also bought this particular style because I felt the knitted look of this sweater with the hoodie would go with a black wool African Grand Bau Bau coat that I have. Also, my burgundy African kufi hat (see pictures) matches the sweater's color as well.As usual, the stitching is very nice with no loose threads. It's a fairly heavy sweater and will keep you warm. I've already worn my other two Leif Nelson sweaters and they have indeed done the job of keeping me warm during the winter season.For the third time I got my same size of "XXL" which is a perfect "fitted" look for me; it's not baggy loose and it's not tight either. For reference the "XXL" size fits my body type which is 6'-3" in height, 201 pounds with a 36-37 waist and 37 inch arm length.I'm totally satisfied as a repeat customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This Leif Nelson pullover is one of the most unique sweaters that I have own. The fit feels like a glove without being too tight or feeling too small.This is my second LN sweater purchase that always receive compliments when worn for its distinct style. It is also a garment that keeps me on good nutrition and exercise in order to keep the midsection flat.Unfortunately wear is limited for I live in the hot state of Texas, but any day below 50 degrees, LN is worn. Totally satisfied with this garment!!

I'm 6'2 and 200lbs. Athletic build. I usually wear med/lg in most brands. Ordered an xl based on reviews. Fits perfectly. Material is a bit itchy but expected. Fits well, feels well built. We will see how it holds up.

I really like this Pullover! Its super warm and very comfy. It’s definitely not cheaply made at all, as the all the seams are complete and care was taken to hide the ties. Color is great, and the inner part of the hood was lined with what I think is fleece which is great to not get long hair like mine stuck in, and it helps with static issues! The only reason it got a 4 star instead of 5 is because I think they went a little extreme on how tight the arms are in accordance to the rest of the fit. I’m 6’, 170lbs, with an athletic/slender build, and I have slightly larger than average arm muscles due to my job. I knew to get a size up already due to the reviews I’ve seen because I’m usually a tighter fit kind of guy, but this said to go one up, so I did. Even when I got the US Large, the arms are still pretty tight, while the torso is a bit loose for my liking. I still love this thing though! Its super warm, and looks great judging by all the compliments i’ve gotten in the 2 days I’ve had it. It also didn’t shrink much if at all even after my abusive warm wash and high temp dry! Highly recommend!

so, after asking many questions about sizes, and not much help from the manufacturer, i can report the following: I am 6ft 15stone, my chest size is 46 inches and i wear a 38inch trouser. I bought the XXL and it fits like a dream!as soon as i put it on i can feel the warmth, the neck does come up like the pictures which is good in windy weather like this! as soon as i put it on i feel 'winterised' and immediately turned down the heating! bonusthe material is deisnged to be somewhat clingy to the body, apparently this helps you stay warm...however, the usual problem i have with jumpers is that the arms are too short and the bottom needs pulling down somewhat over my dad-belly... BUT this one doesnt need either! the arms are plenty long enough and the bottom covers my belly with ease, no pulling down required!i really like this jumper, and might buy another, the only thing i can say for size is that i usually buy a XXL and this one fits too... for reference for all you others out there i added my sizes for you to compare. hope it helps

Antes de comprar el jersey, estuve leyendo detenidamente cada una de las opiniones de los compradores de este mismo producto, para de esta forma no equivocarme en la compra. Leí de todo sobre el producto y las opiniones eran muy contradictorias. Algunos decían que les quedaba como un guante, otros que grande y otros que pequeño. De la calidad, unos hablaban que tenía buena calidad, otro que picaba y otros que era una pasada. En cuanto a abrigar, igual que en lo anterior, ya que algunos decían que abrigaba mucho y otros que se esperaban otra cosa. En fin... cada uno, como es natural da su opinión sobre el artículo; pero quería dejar constancia de todo esto, para argumentar mis criterios posteriores, que no dejan de ser los mios y que posiblemente se contradigan con otros.Lo primero que tengo que decir es que, siguiendo con las recomendaciones mayoritarias sobre el artículo de que se eligiera una talla más, porque venían pequeños, elegí la "L", porque habitualmente utilizo la "M". Me llega el artículo y efectivamente me queda "bien"; pero nada que ver con los modelos de las fotos. Vamos que me hace globo, me sobra de largo 10 cm por lo menos y lógicamente al ser más ancho de lo que me gusta, pues me siento cómodo con él; pero nada estético. En definitiva, que no es mi talla. Así que la talla, depende de lo que esperes del artículo y de tu estética a la hora de vestir. A mi particularmente me gustan las prendas ceñidas y por este motivo me gusta este modelo, dada su estética fit. Así que ni corto ni perezoso, devolví el artículo y pedí una talla menos de la que suelo utilizar. Es decir pasé de pedir una más "L" a pedir una menos "S" et voilà, DÍ CON LA TECLA. Ahora sí me queda como a los modelos de la foto. Para concluir, si quieres que te quede holgado pide una más y si quieres que te quede ceñido y cortito como los de la foto, pide una menos. Lógicamente este es mi caso y esta es mi experiencia con la prenda.En cuanto a abrigar el jersey, creo que está dentro de la normalidad, teniendo en cuenta el grosor y de lo que está hecho. En este sentido, yo me considero satisfecho.De la calidad, tengo que decir que aparentemente es buena, aunque algunos cachitos de tejido desentonan con la armonía del jersey, en cuanto a color se refiere; pero he comprobado que son pequeños trocitos de la tela que se quitan sin ningún problema y se sobreentiende que con el uso desaparecerán. De picar, como decían algunos compradores, tengo que decir que en mi caso no me pica nada de nada.En cuanto a relación calidad precio; me parece una compra muy acertada, muy estética si das con tu talla y en definitiva, buena compra.

I have literally been looking for a sweater like this for ages! I had one before and it got damaged. The fit is the crucial thing. When you put it on initially it feels tight, but that's because it is tailored as a fitted sweater to show off those pecs.Buy it, I've had so many compliments since buying mine. It's warm, comfortable and great value.

Fit is comes up smaller than usual as many reviews have stated so I'd suggest a size larger than usual.Style is quite nice but that is where my good experience ends.Having worn it for 3 days the material started to fray around the neck (pictured) and the sleeves started to show signs of bobbling before its even been washed. For the money this isn't acceptable. I have had better jumpers that lasted longer for far less.In terms of comfort it initially seems warm but actually with no inner lining it doesn't really retain body heat, however in a warm room you absolutely cook. The material is actually quite itchy on the skin so could do with a lining to stop this.Ultimately it looks good and is an interesting design as many of the Leif Nelson jumpers are. But the material that they use lets the jumper down and the overall product quality doesn't justify a £40 plus price point. This is such a shame as I was hoping to buy several designs but I'll stay well clear now.

Just arrived, ordered in medium as I am medium but was worried it would be small as there has been a few comments about size. The jumper is a fitted shape and the arms are narrow so it's worth taking this into consideration when you order. The jumper is a nice colour , quality is good for cost but not better than expected. The design is nice and it looks good on. But do note the jumper is not a baggy fit .I'm 40 chest .
