HORMEL BLACK LABEL Bacon, Fully Cooked, Family Pack, 7.56 oz.

It would be a sacrilege to say anything bad about bacon. However, this one is easy to give 5 stars. I've tried a number of brands of pre-cooked bacon. They are all bacon, therefore all are good. This one is my favorite though. I put it in my air fryer at 350 degrees for about 3 minutes, put it on the paper towels to drain and it's ready to eat. This one comes out flat and crisp, just the way I like it. I was also very happy to find that I could order it on "regular" Amazon and didn't have to wait until I was ready to do a "Fresh" order. Knowing that good bacon is never more than a day or two away brightens my outlook on life.

I love bacon. My wife and 3 daughters like it too, but hate me cooking it on "there" stove. So i cheated. Best flavor by far is the expensive amish stuff for 4 times the cost (and its my prepping bacon!!) So i get hormel black label. Normal stuff is ok for burgers and sandwitches, but this "family" stuff is thicker and better. Finally bacon that is same size as cheap, normal store brand bacon. If you desire thick cut, you have to go with the spendy amish brand which is a solid 8 out of 10 on my bacon scale. Remember i have been a bacon fan formost of my 53 years so 8 of 10 is a impressive rating. Hormel black label is only a 4 star..

This is my go to bacon. Have shared with many new subscribers. Great for salads, BLTs, just bacon in the morning. No need to cook up@ pound, pull out slices you want and microwave. Be careful as microwaves have different power, so start in short times, add as you want crisper. A friend who had not eaten bacon in 20+ years due to excess fat has converted to this product!

I had to provide a breakfast for a small family reunion and had no access to a car or grocery store (I flew 1600 miles, then stayed at an AirBnb). The bacon worked out wonderfully, since I could safely put it in my carry-on without any TSA problems, leakage, etc. Preparation was super-easy (used the microwave), clean-up was easy-peasy. Taste was great. I got the package or 30, which for 5 people worked out wonderfully.

Kind of expensive for what you get, but easy to cook in the microwave if you are running short on time. Good flavor just not a lot in the box.

This thick sliced bacon is great for me. 30 seconds or so in my 700-watt microwave and I can have bacon with my eggs or have a bacon sandwich. I like it. If I eat 5 slices per meal, I get 6 servings of bacon for a great price and it is ready to eat.

This is tge best tasting bacon, and you only have to warm it up! It has the taste of regular bacon, without the extra fat!
