I am beyond pleased with my sign. I opted to use another font and it came out perfect!! Looks fantastic! Customer service was excellent and it came in a timely manner considering it is a customized product. I bought this for my 17 yr old sons room and he loves it. It is super bright, so Im glad we got the dimmer. I would suggest the dimmer if you plan on putting it in a bedroom. With the dimmer you can put it on the lowest setting and sleep. It gives his room a really cool vibe. It’s a great quality product in my opinion and would recommend to anyone. I am so impressed I’m leaving this review, I don’t leave reviews often, my bad I know but that’s how impressed I really am. Nowadays you don’t always end up getting what you pay for, nor do you get the quick turn around, great customer service or attention to detail that I did with this.

The dimmer works so much better than I expected. The sign looks great in my store. I am overjoyed with the purchase.

Very pleased with this gift for my grandson. The dimmer has 5 steps, from dim to super bright. Color as expected. When it's not lit, the tubes are white (hope they make colored tubes available someday). Arrived much sooner than noted in the listing. Price after displayed 'coupon' discount was the best on Amazon.

Application:This is my second time purchasing this link . Loved the first and needed to find a way to make my new gate pop and keep drivers from asking where they are . For some reason it’s hard for people to read a static sign . So I wired two of these together and enclosed them in plexiglass frame I built. I wired it to a motion sensor so when drivers came up, the address would light up. Each line is 36" x12".Pros:-fully customizable-bright- my other unit is still going 1yr in and its on 24/7Cons- I ditched the dimmer portion so I can't comment on how that works long term- takes 3 weeks to ship-priceyConclusion:my second purchase from this link. My other sign is a bright red and lights up my entry at night. Makes my address very visible to drivers. Wait to see how the sign holds up to on/off cycles as its wired to motion.

When I first got the sign in I was very excited because it was exactly what I was hoping to add to my studio. There’s a mode available to sync the sign up to music with the mic in the power cable. I really enjoyed this feature but after three days of using it the bulbs inside went out. I was really bummed out but thankfully when I got in touch with customer service they were very helpful and sent me a replacement sign that arrived just a few weeks later. This one’s looking just as good as the last, I’m just not gonna take my chances using the music feature on this one.

Update: ordered another sign from them and paid extra for it to be used outdoor with a battery pack. Sign arrived, letters pulled out of the frame and no battery pack. So we get told to wait and they would send it and never got a confirmation on if we could even use it outdoors, which we doubted because it was already pulled out of the frame on opening. Now it's April and we give up!Ok so I would have given 5 stars but...why would you write in dark blue permanent marker on a clear sign?! It looks awful and now we have to figure out if it will even come off, then the protective seal that was under the wiring was also a poor choice. When we were removing it as gently as possible it still managed to stick enough to pull the lettering up and out of the frame where it went under the wire. Aside from that it's great, looks beautiful and bright lit up and we love it. It arrive super fast too! Good value for the money aside from the above packaging issues.

I loved the sign when I first got it. I bought it to use at one of my jobs. I only use it 1-2x per week and a few hours each time. It’s only been 4 months since buying and it now doesn’t turn on. Huge disappointment.** update the company is sending me a replacement and although my light stopped working their customer service has been amazing with helping me to try and fix and now even replace it
