Easy to and drink and tasty!
It mixed very well, just settles on the bottom of the glass in water if left to sit but nothing a quick stir can't fix. If you like seafood then the taste won't be an issue, reminds me a little of a very mild saltwater taste. Only thing to note is it's a lot of fiber in one shake so ease into it if you struggle with high fiber!

Probably a waste of money
This is suppose to help with heavy metal detox. Maybe it does. But there are articles that suggest detoxification can take over a year. At two pounds a day I don't think there are many that stay with this. Looks disgusting but tastes OK.

Worst product
The ingredients I don’t think are good quality, gave me an upset stomach. And getting to customer service has been a nightmare. Still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding a resolution.
