Is this compatible with a Dell Poweredge R630 server?

Not sure about Dell. I am using them with unifi switches and have no issues. i have also used them with a celsio nic card in pfsense that is lagged to a unifi switch without any issues. sometimes these things are try and see what happens. make sure you can return em. good luck

It is not recommended that customers use the 10G-T Module to connect to other rates. 10G-T (30M) Module test can connect to 1000Base-t/2.5GBase-t/5GBase-t rate, but the test performance cannot reach the corresponding rate.

I plan on using this on a mikrotik router, then plug the other end on either a 2.5g pc ethernet port (cat6). would that work?
