The Crackling
My original review was wrong. We found out the crackling was due to a bad wire to the speaker. These mics are very good! Original review: Two microphones are crackling very loudly whenever their used. We have tried everything from fresh batteries to ensuring the connection is tight. Still Crackles! It's awful!

Five Stars for Crystal Clear Conferences
I ordered the XTUGA Wireless Conference Microphone System for our company's conference room. Setup was truly plug-and-play; within minutes, we had all four gooseneck mics up and running. The audio quality is excellent. The UHF frequency range provides a clear, crisp sound with minimal interference. We've had no issues with dropouts, which is a huge improvement over our previous system. The flexible gooseneck design is also a plus, allowing each speaker to adjust the microphone to their preferred position. The quad-antenna diversity reception gives great coverage throughout the room. We've used it for several meetings now, and it has performed flawlessly every time. If you're looking for a reliable and easy-to-use wireless conference microphone system, I highly recommend the XTUGA. It's a great value for the price.

Too much static
I bought this for a meeting room to hook to an amp and speakers so everyone in the room can hear. I originally mounted the microphone receiver at the back of the room 20 feet from the microphones. The static was unbearable and it was unusable. I then moved the receiver to the conference table with the microphones. It still has some static, just not as bad. The microphone receiver is no more than 8 feet away from the furthest microphone and there is still static and itโs very annoying. The system is totally unusable. Tech support wasn't any help to solve the problem. After explaining how these are completely useless for us, they offered me a $10 refund. Ridiculous. Iโm not happy at all with it.

Functional microphone system for conferences
This is a decent microphone system for the right use case. I think it's ideal setting is at a live professional conference where several in person guests are speaking to a medium sized audience. For a video conference there are likely better tools for the job. It's a well made and easy to set up unit, the individual microphones are adjustable. The wireless range isn't anything to write home about (200 feet) and it's not like you'd want to carry a gooseneck mic around anyway. It's basically a tool for one specific use case and not exactly something that will be applicable to a variety of needs. For what it is it's not bad. Sound quality is good, noise cancellation is decent within the parameters of a live conference setting. Recommended!
