This camera is fantastic and 2 day prime shipping was on time.It is a debadge hikvision DS-2CD2032-I and works perfectly with Avigilon ACC 5.0 software.Just turn it on, plug it in, and goto the default ip 192.0.0.64 to change the config.I am using this with the TP-LINK TL-PoE150S Gigabit PoE Injector Adapter.It does not come with an AC adaptor so you either need PoE or to buy your own AC adaptor.You can buy this on aliexpress for about $150 incl ship but then you have to wait a month to get it.(FYI for those avigilon users, I tried the $90 Zmodo ZP-IBH13-W camera and it did not work with avigilon even in RSTP mode)The picture is crystal clear.You will not be disappointed with this purchase at all.***MAJOR ISSUE***I bought two more cameras and they came with newer firmware which does not work with Avigilon.These cameras had V5.2 on them while the original one I bought had V5.0.I was able to down grade the camera I bought to V5.0, but you cant do it through the web interface as you will get an error.You have to do it using TFTP server.1. Download the hikvision TFTP server (might be called "TFTP Tool" or "Hikvision Auto Update Tool" so you can search if the link no longer works)http://www.hikvision.com/europe/download_more.asp?id=13372. Download the older V5.0 firmware.I downloaded build v5.0.0.build.130412. You can search google for "v5.0.0.build.130412.rar" The site I used was http://bkeesti.ee/upload/Hikvision/Firmware/IP%20Kaamerad/DS-2CD2xxx%20(2.%20seeria)/v5.0/The file is named "digicap.dav1140050031111110011" and rename it to "digicap.dav".3. Put the digicap.dav file into the same directory as the TFTP tool.4. Change your ethernet ip address to 192.0.0.128 mask 255.255.255.0 and directly connect your ethernet to your camera.5. Power cycle the camera and it will automatically connect to the TFTP tool and download the old version of the firmware.Once this is complete Avigilon will be able to connect to the camera.This is the firmware version that works from the camera's settings.Model DS-2CD2032-IFirmware Version V5.0.0 130412Encoding Version V4.0 build 130411
