Its wire got burnt on the first day of use. This is a very low quality product.The quality of wire and plastic is not good.

Nice product. When turned on, it starts functining almost immediately - steam starts coming out in less than a minute. It is claimed to be made in India, and true to a made in India product, there is no instruction manual. The only instruction found on the carton is that tap water is to be used. There are three nozzles and one would like to know the use of these or under what circumstances each of these is to be used. Alas, no information. It appears that the technology used is very simple and one would like (or need) to know the power consumption, but no such information whereas, I know that under a Delhi government rule all electrical appliances manufactured in the NCR must display the power consumption related information. Also missing is information on how long it can be run at one go without burning or damaging it - 3 minutes? 4 minutes? 5 minutes? More? This last point is important because this tiny machine can also produce harmless and good heating because it has built-in humidifier due to water heating, and it is useful in winter for room heating - only if one knows how long it is safe to run it.

This product was unserviceable. It was not working. It is useless.

The media could not be loaded. Very worst quality, in the first time plugin it into electricity it blast and heating after fixing wire, wire is very low quality,not taking load of it. I didn't use further, it is waste of money.
