This notebook has been a game-changer in my clinical experience. Its organized structure simplifies documentation. Helps to ensure that you don't miss any detail during rounds. This assessment guide promotes a holistic approach to patient care. It covers physical, psychological and other cultural aspects. The medication record section streamlines dose management making me feel more confident in my note-taking. Its compact size allows me to carry it at all times during my clinical rounds. I would 100% recommend it to other nursing students as it will help you enhance your organization skills and become detailed oriented when providing care.

Not helpful for internal med, neuro, psych, inpatient, etc. Very brief overview, mostly good for quick surgical rounds. 4/10

Love how this is set up amd its the perfect size; not too small thats its difficult to write in and fits in my scrub pocket. Very helpful info in the beginning on how to fill it out and abbreviations.

This notebook was helpful during my first few weeks of inpatient medicine rotations. It helped me get my thoughts straight and allowed me to ensure I asked all the right questions (especially Review of Systems questions). After a while though, I found it cumbersome and no longer use it. May be worth the investment in the short term but not helpful if youโre used to taking a good H&P.
