It comes deflated but comes with a hand pump easy to pump up it to regular size great sturdy ball and great quality, great value, very easy to grip looks super the boys love it

Good basketball for outside use
Bought it to just hoop but its amazing outside, its really all you need to have a good hoop session, it feels grippy and nice, sizing is nice and accurate to a real game and overall just fun to use outdoors

It bounces well and feels solid on pavement. Only downside—air retention can be hit or miss, and the rubber wears down over time. Overall, great value for the price!

Really nice for beginners to intermediate players has good grip still if you want to keep it in a good condition for longer time I recommend to play in indoor only even though the ball is tough and built for outdoors longer outdoor use will spoil the ball faster
