Good Product and Quick Installation, but Sediment Filter Should Be Included
The KENT RO quality is good, and the installation process was quick and smooth. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and service. However, it would be better if the KENT sediment filter were included with the product. Currently, the installation team brings it separately and charges extra, which could be communicated more clearly or included in the package.

Good. But the motor makes noise and vibrates.The installation technician was seen putting items from the Kent delivery package into his own bag, which is highly unprofessional. He also did not provide a proper demonstration and his attitude was unsatisfactory. The TDS was set at 103 during installation and next day the TDS has dropped to 60.
