Q: Can you play a mp3 disk directly off the disk on this?

Yes, I listen to audio cd books and regular and MP3 books both play directly on this

Q: Is there a resume function for audiobooks (i.e., where I left off)?

Only if you pause it will it start where you left off. If you turn the power off you will have to skip forward to where you were.

Q: Hi, is there a way to listen from this without earbuds? Does it attatch to speakers? Thankyou

I think so as long as the speaker has a compatible connecter (jack?). I haven't tried it with this disc player but I have connected older players to speakers.

Q: is this GPX cd/mp3 player bluetooth capable

Could not get it to link into my car via Bluetooth. However, it provided a capability to link via the FM radio station at 87.6 (?). Now works via that radio station.
