Arrived promptly, and was fairly easy to replace, if you know your way around appliances.

Not sure if it got broken during shipment because of inadequate packaging or was broken before it was boxed. Either case, I have to return and hope to get a new one. I didn't even open the plastic when I saw all these little gears floating around inside. See pics.Update 9/14 - got the new replacement part shipped, this time direct and not via Amazon. It was packaged perfectly and worked well. Changing from one star to four.

This was an easy swap, it fit perfectly and has been running flawlessly in my Speed Queen washer model AWN542SP111TW01. The knob was spinning freely on my original unit - it would start when pushed in, but would not engage the timer to rotate it into the desired cycle. It took a pair of needle nose pliers to hold the axle in place so I could remove the knob, but once that was done the swap took less than 5 minutes.

The part worked, no issues.
