I have baby fine hair and I have been using Kenra Ultra Hold Freeze Spray # 30 for 12 years!! (3 years that I purchased from a salon and 9 years online) This is the most incredible product; it provides unparalleled hold. The product offers a swivel top that helps to prevent clogging but if you just hold the nozzle under warm water it takes seconds to remove any product built up. This product holds up under any humid weather conditions; having lived in the Houston Texas area for 38 years they have two seasons; Summer and Sauna !! By far, my favorite hairspray on the market. Great scent and hold. Doesn't make my hair feel stiff or sticky and leaves it just as I'd imagine and want it to be and with the right amount of volume. No greasiness or heaviness with it either. Price is reasonable for the size of the bottle and it does tend to last me a good amount of time so I find it to be a very good value. The sprayer can get clogged from time to time so I rinse it off every so often and that helps the quality of the sprayer.

This is the only hair spray I've found that secure a small clump of my hair over a part that continues below my crown in the back, making it appear that I'm going bald. Thank goodness I finally came across a product that prevents me from having to wear a wig the majority of the time! One embarrassing issue I had with this product was my inability to figure out how the heck to work the spray can! The only hint was the word "Lock" and an arrow on the top of the push button on the top. I turned and twisted and no matter what, I just couldn't get the can to spray. Finally, a young woman at a store simply turned the top and sprayed it. I have no idea why I wasn't able to find that "magic" position, but I was in the process of returning the spray when she demonstrated. I have an advanced degree, which made this even more embarrassing (to me)!!

Holds without the stiffness

I am a woman with a fohawk who was in Jurassic Park's armpit. This hairspray is life-changing.

I have used this for years and the last one has clogged and is coming out under the sprayer. I have tried but cannot get it unclogged. Then the can before this one has after using 3/4 of it just stopped spraying. Very disappointing because I have used this brand for so long and love the way it holds. But I will be changing.
