It wasn't as firm as I had anticipated and it wasn't memory foam from the feel of it, but it still does it's job by supporting your neck, despite sinking quite a bit into the pillow.

My mistake
First of all it is not an extra firm pillow. After the first night it leaves an head in print that will not leave. I could have gotten a better pillow at Walmart at least they have a seletion of pillow that you can feel and get your choice. That is all I have to say...Do not waste your money on this pillow.
