In Panama they have worked without any problems.

Q: What is included in the FlintRehab

I gave it to me daughter who suffered from a debilitating stroke. It came with several cds. Quite helpful. But I don't think she used them consistently. If you get them use them daily. The only way to succeed is to work your brain as much as possible. I would recommend them but also try and find a yoga class for stroke survivors.

Q: I fell down stairs and broke my wrist, so I'm looking for a program to strengthen my feet, my core and my hands. Is this video suitable for me?

It is for movement recovery after stroke, so if you are not extremely weak and are otherwise healthy, it would take many, many repetitions in one session to make it effective as a strength builder.
