What are the extra white blank disc papers for???

Those are extra adhesive stickers. If you need new adhesive on the back of any round tins, you apply this blank disc to the back, then peel off the paper and it will leave a new adhesive surface behind for reuse.

What size are these? I am looking for a 2" round application. One description says these are 1.67" and another 1.18". Which is it?

1.18, 30 mm, they fit the standard round phone holders.

Will the adhesive stick to a silicone case?

Yes, I've used it on several silicone cases without having any issues.

Weak adhesive- doesn't stick

I applied the magnetic dots to 2 phones, after properly coaching the phone cover. The magnet detached from the phone writing minutes when used with magnetic car holder. Used different brand in the past and it held 2+years. This was bought for a new phone and it's terrible
