Q: Are refills available?

Refills for both the permanent ink and vanishing ink are available.Permanent ink: Obtain a Sharpie permanent marker and remove ink cartridge then trim to size of Double X and reinsert.Vanishing Ink: Obtain a Vanishing ink pen from Magic Smith or another vender and remove ink cartridge then trim to size and reinsert.

Q: For how many performances will this last?

After I received Double Cross, I tried it out on myself and found the disappearing ink would not wash off as easily as described. By following the direction of storing the pen vertical to allow the ink to leave the tip, I believe it also helped in preserving the ink pad. I've since performed the trick a half dozen times, but I predict a lengthy use.
