Metal Blast - Rust Remover for Metal, Etching Prep & Cleaner, 24oz

This stuff was amazing. Had to spray in a couple of times but did the job. It does kill your grass so next time will use on a gravel area.

Bought this after watching a youtube video dealing with rust on a project. This was so nice. It was worth the money on the time it saved me dealing with rust. I will say it does have a strong chemical scent to it thought

My garage was under water for a week during the Colorado floods almost 2 years ago. That caused all of the tables on my power tools to rust quite bad. I'm finally getting around to cleaning up the mess, this stuff cuts that rust in just a few minutes. I'm serious! Never seen anything like it. I spray it on, wait a few minutes and wipe it off. Some places I use a little 0 steel wool mostly because I'm not patient. The first few tools I didn't have any and they cleaned up just great without steel wool. Once I get the rust off, I rinse it off and let it dry really well and then hit it will Minwax finish wax. I put that on, let it dry a little and buff it off. Tables are BETTER than new. Wood just slides smoothly over them. I will say that it will dull chrome, and take off some other metal finishes, not a problem on epoxy or powder coats. But if you plan on repainting this is perfect since you want the shine removed. I'm through about half a bottle and have done 5 large machine tables and lots of tools. LOVE THIS STUFF

All it does is leave a white powdery mess. At first you think it's metallic-looking and clean, and then you scrape it off and realize the rust is still there...and oh yeah, anything it touches that's black plastic gets permanently etched with light gray splatter marks. Ruined the last piece of original engine trim I had left on the car...now I need to replace that too. Doesn't matter if it's a little rust or a lot...you get better results with just a wire brush. Set me back months on my project. Wish I never touched the stuff. Listen to the people who say it doesn't work...the people posting positive reviews with pictures of white powder everywhere haven't realized it's not doing anything.

El producto cumple con el trabajo. La dosificación se puede graduar desde un chorro hasta un rocío muy parejo y el óxido desaparece a los pocos minutos de la aplicación. Hice un par de pruebas y funcionó muy bien para mí en todas ellas. En algunos casos el metal recuperaba el color gris sin mayor esfuerzo, y en otros tuve que realizar un lijado suave. Ay que tener mucho cuidado porque es tóxico para la piel. Recomendable

tenía mis dudas sobre este producto, lo use con cierta desconfianza, porque ya he usado similares y no funcionan tambien despues de 30 minuto revise y el metal muy limpio buen producto lo recomiendo
