I love these. My only complaint is you have to take so many there are some days where I can only take two I either forget or it’s just too many. I wish you could take less. That’s my real only complaint.

This product has began to help me with my weight loss journey. These multivitamins give me the energy I need. I can definitely tell a difference if I don't take them.

The number one rule for a multivitamin is making sure it's wholefood. Finding the right multivitamin is already an annoying process, but I also wanted one with low Beta-Carotene (so I can supplement with REAL Vitamin A) and capsule form because I hate giant tablets. I think taking 2 is enough instead of the recommended 4 due to it's high potency, making each bottle last 60 days instead of 30. Crazy cuz it's already one of the better priced options. I probably wouldn't go past 3 capsules max per day.If I had to name it's flavor, I'd call it New Electronics. Tastes like how a brand new Xbox Controller would straight outta Best Buy. I like it cuz it reminds me of Black Friday 13 years ago when I got my first new 360 controller and how cool I felt. I know for a fact that at least one of you can relate to that and you're probably smiling right now.I only wish that they specified how much of what was in their added blends like Boron, Resveratrol and Astaxanthin. You know, those one are kind of really important. But like I said earlier, it's a pain in the hindquarters finding the multivitamin that works around your requirements. Beggars can't be choosers but I'm taking one star off for that unnecessary omission of information.Also like I said earlier, this is low on Beta-Carotene, which is not necessarily Vitamin A to begin with. If you want a supplement with true Vitamin A, I recommend finding Cod Liver Oil, but make sure the Vitamin A actually comes from the oil itself and isn't just added in as Beta-Carotene. It should say on the label. I use Swanson's double strength Cod Liver Oil for this.And lastly, be sure to take this multivitamin after consuming a few grams of fat so that your body can absorb the fat-soluble vitamins. In addition, vitamins A, D, E and K (the fat-soluble ones) compete for absorption so if you are supplementing extra like me, it's best to take those at a different time of the day. A lot of minerals also compete with each other so I'd look into that as well. Cheers everyone!

I wanted a daily vitamin that would cover all the bases when it comes to supplemental nutrition with all essential vitamins and includes Minerals and all other needed nutrients. I found it in this vitamin! Not only does it have everything I was looking for, it is also sourced from whole foods! I love the fact that they don't have that chemical smell and are in vegetable capsules! I now have a subscription to get these sent automatically monthly! The price is amazing considering other vitamins that do not have half the benefits that this one does! I highly recommend!

After taking them for a week I noticed that the capsules are not all the way filled which makes you think if you are taking the full amount that they are advising in the daily servings. That's why I'm rating it as a 3 stars. Please fix this I love the product, but this is a bit of a downer if I'm not getting what I paid for.
