I ruptured a tendon in my hand and my physical therapist suggested I get these as part of the healing and glregainging strength process and they have been a tremendous help great quality I have big hands so I needing the biggest size and it fits my hand perfectly

So I have been searching high and low for a replacement to my old Hand Foam exercisers, a model I cannot find anywhere, and nothing has compared. The old ones are fairly, but not too, stiff, shaped well to the hand and not coated, break in through warmup, have consistent feedback throughout the full compress~release stroke, with a little more resistance at compression, ...they just feel so natural. I have tried many others with horrible and frustrating results. I finally broke down to try this product and while I had my doubts they are surprisingly checking off all the boxes for me (see above). I am so glad, I think I finally found a winner.

Let's see how this ones work I been fighting the curl fingers and my therapist recommended me to use this for my hand let's if it works

Great balls

These helped me greatly while recovering from a broken finger. They are easy on your hands and the grooves really help to hold your fingers in the proper position while doing the exercises. Excellent seller. Arrived on time as described.

I got these for my husband who just got his beautiful Steinway back from string replacement "surgery" but couldn't play much due to arthritis in his hands. He tried each ball in turn - just like Goldilocks! - and found the one that is "just right" for him. He's been playing every night for up to an hour with much less pain and much more flexibility. Such a little thing - such a big difference!

so far can only do the x-light, but it is fits in my hand and I like the grips on the top and bottom.
