This air conditioner is fantastic! It fits perfectly in my window and was easy to set up. It started blowing cold air quickly, which I really appreciate. I love the ability to schedule it to turn on and off at specific times each day, with a separate weekend schedule—so convenient! Plus, I can control it easily via the mobile app or the remote that comes with it. Definitely a great investment for such a high-quality product!

Finally installed it today. Cools fast. Good price. The only thing that was disappointing was the remote gives you no information. Fortunately the phone app gives you all that information.

My living room connects to my dining room which opens up to my kitchen so there is quite a bit of space to cover. I had fully anticipatedeeding2of these for my living room but just the one kept the house soo fresh and cool that I often had to turn it off. Cali heat is no joke ! Easy install easy useCustomer service was awesome and the first unit that had arrived was damaged in transit. They helped me to trouble shoot and sent a replacement. I highly recommend this vendor and this unit ! I also love that with the WiFi connection i am able to use the app and run this baby on when Iam on my way home and wanna cool the house down

Lowered my light bill. It’s hot in my kitchen during the summer and my thermostat is right on the other side of the wall. The rest of the house stayed cool but the big ac unit run all the time day and night. Since adding this window unit my kitchen stays cool and the big unit doesn’t run near as much. As for noise it’s not any louder than any other window unit I’ve had or been around. It’s really worth the money if you’re facing the problem I was and it will pay for itself in a few months. It’s been several months now and hurricane Halene hit here pretty hard. We were without power for a week. I plugged this ac into my generator and blocked off some rooms in my house and this little unit kept us cool just like the central heat and air unit does. Master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen approximately 12-1300 square feet. If this ac died tomorrow I will order another one tomorrow. Very satisfied with this product!!

This ac cools a large room very quickly but don’t even think of using this in a bedroom it literally sounds like a freight train every time it turns in….Had to return it ..not recommended for a bedroom or anywhere you plan on sleeping. Great for a kitchen, livingroom or anywhere else where sound is not much of an issue.

Here is where I'm at until things are resolved.This unit delivered with damage on the bottom of the unit and the plastic accordion pieces would not slide into the top rail. The of the plastic piece was wider than the metal channel that screwed to the top of the AC unit. I had to modify the plastic by trimming it with a razor blade to make it work.Integration with Google Home is terrible. You can only turn the unit On/Off and adjust Fan Speed.Unit itself was easy to install and the unit is very quiet.I will adjust the overall rating and review when the seller makes things right.

I've only had it in for 2 weeks now and it's working well that I can see I'm not having any problems I do have a 3-year warranty on it though!!! If you don't like a loud air conditioner I've got to say you may not like this one loud noises don't bother me. This one is loud when it goes into it's a cool mode so I'm not sure if this would be right for everybody continue my review after I've had it for a while!
