De Cecco is one of my favorite pasta brands, and this Acini Di Pepe is exactly the quality I expect from them. It tastes authentic, has a nice texture, and is filling without feeling heavy. This size and shape is perfect for soups. It cooks up well and adds just the right amount of pasta without overwhelming the dish. I also appreciate being able to find this variety online, since my local stores do not usually carry it. Overall, this is a high-quality pasta from a brand I trust, and I would happily buy it again.

This is so good! Plus it's from Italy where, unlike here in the US, they ferment their pasta. Also, the wheat they use has less chemicals. If you're gluten intolerant... Try a pasta from Europe. I can't get enough!

We use this to make pastina. A fruit salad my mother made for family gatherings. Impossible to find in our local groceries. Well worth the cost. Very versatile pasta.

I was afraid pasta so tiny would cook in about 2 seconds and get instantly mushy, but not at all. It took a normal amount of time to cook and was perfectly al dente, even after the soup sat in the fridge a few days and was then reheated violently in the microwave. Find a suitable strainer before you cook it, as it will go right thru the holes in most strainers. Super fast & easy: the pasta + couple cartons of chicken stock, bag of frozen Italian meatballs (cut into quarters after cooking for smaller meatballs), bag of fresh spinach chopped up, & a few carrots, chopped into small pieces.

I bought it for my baby 9 months old. Size is very good for baby. But there was a hole on the box so it spilled a little bit. :(

Delicious and a fun addition to any dish needing a little oomph.
