Never sure when ordering a china cup like this but was very pleasantly surprised just how good it was. We'd just lost our dog so got the wife a pic of her and Gizmo. The image on the cup was crystal clear and so was the writing. Put it through the dishwasher (bit of a nervous moment 😬) and it came out perfect! Will definitely be ordering more.

I wanted a very specific design for my mug which was not catered for on the Amazon site. I contacted the supplier directly and they could not have been more helpful. I ordered on Amazon and sent the details directly to the supplier. The completed mug was received two days late. Excellent customer service and rapid delivery *****

Nice to find a smaller mug instead of the standard ‘man size’ . The font is lovely too. Great present

This mug was easy to customise and order and came within days, it feels nice to hold as does a China mug which for my mum is a must and the colours and letters are clear to see.

The mugs I ordered were lovely. The pictures reproduced well. Unfortunately one was reversed.

Nice bone china & came well packed. Picture rather small & a little vague- ok, but not great. The script is not good, too loopy & unclear. One of mine had an error. Not really important for me but I couldn’t have given it as a present. Others were fine.
