I recently tried this coffee, and here’s my quick feedback: Flavor The coffee has a smooth, rich taste with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. It’s not too strong or weak, just the right amount of boldness. Aroma It has a delightful, aromatic scent that fills the room, making it even more enjoyable to brew. Brew Quality Brewed easily and quickly, with no bitter aftertaste. It’s perfect for starting the day or enjoying a mid-afternoon break. Summary Overall, this coffee is flavorful, aromatic, and easy to brew. I highly recommend it for coffee lovers who enjoy a smooth, balanced cup.

Tastes wonderful for a medium. Packs were fresh, received 04/2024 with expiration of 10/2024. Fantastic aroma. It is not bitter at all. Smooth and delicious with a little whole milk. Probably not great with fake milk as with most coffee. I’m impressed. Used it in an espresso machine but I make full cups of coffee with it. Grind setting was 6 and 8, both are great. Too many picky, whiny reviews. Can’t imagine just throwing it away. Unless your packs are close to the expiration, rest assured you’ll enjoy this brew. If they are in fact about to expire, just reach out to Amazon, they’re always helpful and supportive. It’s coffee, folks. And the price is fine considering the times. You can make so many cups. You’d get about 3 beverages from a cafe from the price. My goodness.

Ode to joy! Blue Bottle is honestly one of the best coffee brands I've ever tried. I love me a latte. You might even call me a coffee snob, which sucks, because I'm not a snob I'm from Seattle. Totally different thing. Anyway, the price on this is right. Blue Bottle is from LA. Of the many things I hated about LA, Blue Bottle was not one of them. I loved to stop at the Fairfax location. There's a smoothness to their brew that is really top notch. I'm also a Vita, Vivace and Stumptown fan, so if we have similar tastes, I'd encourage you to try Blue Bottle. (I also liked the street food in LA and how the fires made the sunset pretty, but smelled like plastic and broken dreams.)

A good coffee

So far this is the best Amazon coffee I’ve bought. People are upset that it doesn’t have a roast date but Amazon or blue bottle isn’t a local coffee shop, it’s a big corp . it’s a bit obvious to me that they wouldn’t roast their coffee fresh. With that being said this is the best store bought coffee I’ve had it’s super fragrant and caramely im very impressed!

I purchased a bag of the "Balanced" roast which is said to be medium/light. The flavor was more medium/dark. I don't like dark roasted coffee, so this was kind of a letdown. I didn't think to save the bag to check the date, but the coffee also tastes bitter and stale to me. The beans themselves seem to be of questionable quality, as there are many broken pieces in the bag. Maybe I got the bottom of the batch. This is not the worst coffee I've tasted, but it most certainly is the the best. I really hate being wasteful, but I am literally having a difficult time finishing the bag. I'm considering dumping the rest and moving on to my preferred brand, which costs about the same. It is rare that I write a bad review, but I feel this needed to be said.
