Tryeh Glass Tumbler, 14 oz

This is a great design that does a great job keeping my tea hot. Its a little fragile but no more that any other glassware I have and that should be expected.

This design is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately, even the lightest bump on the bottom edge of the tumbler will shatter the product. I have bought 3 of these in the past year and after the first one shattered I was extremely careful with the next two. The first one broke when I leaned it upside down in the dish rack against the side of the sink to dry. Just a tap against the side of the sink shattered the entire bottom of both the inside and outside glass. The second one shattered when I was setting it down on the counter edge first. The contact at the edge of the bottle with the counter caused the entire bottom of the inside and outside glass to burst. The third one shattered when I was placing it in my car cup holder. Essentially, the bottom of this tumbler should have some kind of protection around it at all times but then of course it would not look so beautiful! When this item breaks it burst into shatters which fly out and are very sharp and dangerous. This tumbler does not seem at all safe in my opinion especially not around children.

I have purchased three of these now. The first two I purchased for myself and a friend, and his shattered the first day. I got him a replacement that same day, and now less than a month later mine has also shattered. I love them. I love the ease with which I can make my tea and I love the lid options and I love how warm my tea stays. (Side note - if you haven't finished drinking your tea in 2 hours, when it's still hot, you're probably not hydrating well.) I don't love how fragile these are. They are designed to travel, but they do NOT travel well. They break at the slightest provocation, and for the price I expect better strength in my glassware. I am not a stranger to glassware. I know no glassware is perfect. But this could be done much, much better. I am strongly considering leaving these behind rather than getting another replacement.

Received one as a gift but am sorely disappointed.... the concept is wonderful and I like being able to see how dark my tea is brewing. However, the lid leaked on many occasions and now the bottom has broken right at the seam line. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like others should know what they are purchasing.....I have used this cup less than 10 times and I cannot believe that the glass would have broken in this manner (I never put it in the dishwasher and carefully washed it by band each time).

Love it, it's sleek, clean and portable. This is my second (I dropped the first one). It doesn't keep it super hot all day long - but long enough for me to finish with it still warm.

Good product, & good quality.

I love the size and how hot it keeps my drinks. the problem is not matter how tight I screw the lid on, it still leaks, bummer.
