Does this scale give voice measurements of weight?

No, there is an app you put on you phone and when it's done calculation your phone will ding. I don't like the scale because it's not accurate. I step on one off and do again and it says a different weight.

How do I fix it? I used all the suggestions and it still does not give accurate weight?

If the measurement is inaccurate, please check whether the body fat scale is used correctly: 1. Please place the scale on a hard and flat surface. Carpeted or uneven floors may affect accuracy. 2. Lightly tread on the body fat scale to wakeup the device and then start to measure after the weight showed on the display returns to zero(If you moved the body fat scale, please wakeup the scale again to recalibrate). If the problem is still not resolved, please contact us by email. We will reach you in 24h and help you until the problem is completely solved.
