I'm a disabled elderly widow who has lost most of my family & my funds are beginning to run low. I can't afford to pay what lawn people want to do the work for me although I agree it is most likely worth it. I found this saw quite by accident & determined that most likely it will help me be able to do the work for myself. Boy was I right!!!I've had small trees pop up all around my fence & I previously had NO way to remedy the problem. Since receiving this saw, I've downed 5 small trees & am eyeing a few more since the weather is cooling off. I can't spend a very long time sawing at any one time, so I work a while, come inside to sit a while, & then back out there to finish what I started!!! A fully charged battery has lasted me 2-1/2 hours which is longer than I can last. Still, I'm impressed with the batteries!!!I've been using the same chain for all this & I've had it over a month. Now, a hard working, healthy individual might not be as impressed; but for what I needed, I'm thrilled!!!I know there are several different ones out there; but, the one that I bought came with 2 batteries including the charger, 4 chains, the tools to replace everything, & it only cost me about $60. With what the yard people were asking, it would have cost me $60 just to get rid of 1 tree & I've got 5 gone; so I've saved more than enough to pay for the saw!!!I've also used it to trim back a few bushes. The hedge trimmer that I had, had grown too heavy for me to lift while trimming; but this one is VERY light & easy to use!!!So ladies...IF you're tired of waiting on your man to do the trimming or you're in a situation like I am, you can't go wrong with this little chain saw. If it's less than 4 inches thick, you can take it down!!!

This saw has saved me so much time. Cuts through thick branches easily. Light weight and easy to control with one hand.Update: when you run it a a while it overheats and has to cool off. I ran it for about 15 minutes constantly on and off and it just stopped. At first I thought it was the battery, but after changing for a full charge battery it still wouldn’t work. After about 5-10 minutes it would run again for about 10 min and shut down again. I changed the rating to 4 stars because of this.

I needed something to clear sight lines where I hunt next month. The first review I read said this was possibly the best purchase the reviewer had ever made on Amazon. I wouldn't go that far, but I cut three 100 foot paths on just over one battery today. I'd have to say I ran out of energy before the saw did. It's lightweight, cuts like a dream, and has far better battery life than I expected. I have two very minor criticisms. 1-the lock button that allows you to engage the saw is sometimes hard to trigger. 2-Removing a spent battery is difficult unless you have something thin like a pen knife blade. Both are far outweighed by how great this saw is.

My family has a farm with a lot of brush, and my mom has abused this little chainsaw multiple times a week for over a year and it hasn’t failed her once. I had my doubts given the price, but it’s definitely worth every penny.It was used mainly on hardwoods that were at most wrist thickness.

This is the best thing I have gotten off of amazon. I recently moved to a house in rural Vermont and have 7.3 acres. The place was vacant for a year and the bushes along edges of property are way overgrown. This little monster cuts anything I have tried to cut up to 5" am not forcing it and letting it cut and does a wonderful job. Would recommend this to anyone doing heavy trimming.

Love this saw! First use had to tighten the chain after each use and was very frustrated. 2nd use I tightened the chain as tight as possible before starting and was able to cut 45 min.+ Chain did not need tightened at all and still had charge in the battery. Showed 12 y.o. granddaughter how to use and she had a blast, was able to cut a 4-5 in. diameter tree with ease plus at least 12-15 branches. Powerful little saw, can't wait to use it again. So glad it has an extra battery (even though haven't had to use it yet) and carrying case is perfect.

This is the best idea for around the house landscaping maintenance. I used it to trim my juniper trees . So much easier than using a traditional chainsaw because its battery powered, light weight, cuts overhead branches , and comes with safety gloves. Excellent purchase.

Nice unit. Easily held and operated in one hand. Cuts thru 2-3cm branches fast. This has saved considerable time & allows for a closer trim in tight spots. If I damage or burn this unit out, it would be a no-brainer to replace it with the same.

It’s for my mother who enjoys her independence..I think it’s going to be okayThe blade was smaller than I imagined but it was stated in the description…basically the size of a drill with a 4” blade attachment…everything was supplied as specified…won’t be tested until the spring, looks okay though
