Is this for the right ear only? Cause I need it for my left one! :(

No, the WhisperPhone is not only for the right ear. It can be comfortably worn and used on the left ear too.

How does this go on their head?

The black part is worn on top of their head like a headband. The round hole sits in front of the ear and the oval hole sits in front of the mouth.
