Like liners you don’t have to sharpen. However the liner substance in side case can break easily and fallout. Colors are very rich. The liners you sharpen falls out at the tip, and you can’t put that back into the tip of the pencil.. it’s creamy and somewhat soft. The case of the retractable liners, you can put the liner substance back in, but carefully, it’s very thin.

The Ruby Kisses Lip Liner was just okay for me. For the price, it’s not bad — definitely affordable if you’re trying to stay on a budget. However, one of the three liners I received actually broke shortly after I started using it, which was a little disappointing. It’s not the best lip liner I’ve ever used in terms of quality or staying power, but if you’re looking for something inexpensive that gets the basic job done, it’s a decent option. That said, it’s nothing to really rave about. I’d say it’s fine for everyday use if you don’t want to spend a lot, but don’t expect anything too long-lasting or high-end.
