Mild taste- oil moist texture
The taste is neutral which is great, even the smell is very mild. It seems like high quality. The reason I give 4 stars: 1. Im used to “freeze dried” to be was like a powdery type of dry dehydrated but this is more oily-moist. Not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be and it doesn’t really tell you. Makes me a bit paranoid about getting sick incase it was not closed properly and became moist that way -rather than it being the norm. 2. there are no instructions on how best to store it after you open it (or before).

An UNETHICAL selling tactic
I bought this to make my own bird suet. The size is misleading. I added a picture so the next person won't be duped. The bigger insult is that this product is ineligible for return. I am disgusted.
