Great to have extras! These are nice.
These work great. Inexpensive, fit properly. No issues. Highly recommend to have extras for cameras, and big lenses. Easy to use, stability is good.

Frienda 2 Pieces Quick Release Plate 1/4"-20 Screw
Fine quality. Standard size fits Avella V1 Ball-head. A good design that locks into position with it's wedge-sides clamped by the opposite wedges of the tripod jaws. Small and lightweight, it could be attached to the camera before-hand to allow for quick mounting on the tripod.

Good for the price.
It's a good piece of metal, the screw has gotten a little dusty with humedity in the ambience but still works great and has worked for a long time now.

Highly recommend
I needed a camera plate for a tripod i was using. These things came in clutch. They fit a couple of different tripods with no issues. They are light weight and durable. Once mounted in the camera it becomes one. The extra mount was used on a different camera and no issues. For example I run a Canon and the other is a Sony so very versatile. Plus great price point.

Works on my tripod
I bought this for my new Sirui tripod and it does fit and works. I removed the two cap screws to make it sit flat on the base like the original. There is no recess in the base for the screws and no taper on the plate to make it slide easily over the safety pin, but by opening the clamp a little wider than I had been I can set it straight down and clamp it and the safety pin still does its job. A 2.5 mm hex wrench fits the cap screws. A very good value for the money.
