Was a bit unsure about this project if it was real or if it did what it said, but when arrived and tried it out I was absolutely gobsmacked it actually does what it says. It can go a little dry or cake when you put make-up on so remember not to apply too much and the makeup goes on and drys tidy. Well impressed

I had high hopes for this Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firm Eye Tightener, but unfortunately, it didn’t perform as expected. While it does tighten the skin slightly after application, the effectiveness is minimal and short-lived. The main issue is the white residue it leaves behind - it becomes quite noticeable as it dries and even starts flaking after a short while, which ruins the look completely. The texture feels chalky rather than smooth, and it doesn’t layer well under makeup either. For the price, I expected a much more refined formula and better results. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this product - it just doesn’t deliver the promised instant firming effect in a usable way.

I'm torn by this. It tightens like no other product I've used. But no matter what I do, it always leaves a white residue. Makes you very self-conscious to keep looking in the mirror and wiping away the patches. So does what it says, but has odd consequences. Great for puffy or hungover under eyes, but can't get away from the residue.

I did read all reviews on this product. Most very talking about white residue. I did think, maybe they put more on than needed, or didn't rub it in properly, so I bought it anyway. Wish I saved my money. Its expensive for a tiny tube, however I would be happy to spend that money if it was good. I have to admit, it really does work! My bags and wrinkles really did vanish. Knocked years off my face. However, it really does leave white grainy residue. I tried different amounts, I tried rubbing in quicker, nothing worked, it was there every time. And it's obvious, clear as day. It dries almost instantly, so working with it is impossible. And there is no hiding it with makeup. It just doesn't work with makeup. If like me you've read the reviews and decide to buy anyway, you have been warned.

I absolutely love this eye firming gel. It does exactly what it says it does. I have under eye bags and hooded upper eyelids, both of which have occurred in the last year and really made me look old. Using the Peter Thomas Roth instant firming product, my lower eye bags disappear and my upper hooded lids are lifted. It is absolutely brilliant. You only need a very tiny amount to get excellent results, too much will give you a white film. Less is definitely more with this product and the tube will last a long time, so worth the cost.

Seems to lessen under-eye bags, but like most on here, it leaves a white powder liker residue - odd? I washed face and tried a smaller amount, still the same - overrated, won’t buy again because of the residue left.

I have been using this product for over a year now, and the results have been absolutely fantastic. It genuinely takes years off your appearance, reducing puffiness and softening crow’s feet within minutes of application. When used correctly and following the instructions on the box, any white residue is minimal and can be easily removed with a cotton bud or even your fingertip. A little goes a long way, so the product lasts for ages, making it excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for visible, fast-acting results. Without a doubt, it’s the best product on the market by far.

I’m 52 years old, and have spent most of my life not being vain You know. Monthly facials. Monthly peels. A drawer full of serums that cost more than rent in 2003. That's me. This stuff is so effective, when I applied it with my finger tip, I swear to God my fingerprints started disappearing. Not only did it smooth out my undereye bags, it smoothed out my identity. I was like, “Am I even allowed to vote anymore?” Results? Immediate. Dramatic. Frankly, witchcraft. I went from “Are you getting enough sleep?” to “excuse me , have you ever even experienced disappointment?” in under five minutes. I now walk into rooms like I’m better than everyone else, and I am. Because I’ve discovered the secret. The elixir. The potion. The $40somethig miracle that made me . And I’m never going back. Buy it. Hoard it. Name your firstborn after it. Peter. Thomas. Roth. Doesn’t work well. It is like a glue. But it just hardens the eye bag skin and not really flatten it. I was really hoping this would work well. I’m not a senior by any means so I expected exceptional results. Super disappointing…
