There are two puppies in a box?

No it’s one puppy. It’s one of the the two in the photo.

Does this have multiple volume options, or just loud and off like the prior editions?

Hi there, the Present Pet Fancy Puppy has one set volume. We hope this helps!

Can you lower the volume?

Hi there, the volume for the Present Pets is not adjustable.

I am reading that it is very loud. Would parents recommend considering how loud the toy is?

I came here looking for an answer on adjusting the volume. It’s is way too loud! If I had known I wouldn’t have bought it! Do not recommend.
